Dr. Tim Warren established Chiropractic Care Center in Wichita in 1995 when the practice merged with Warren Chiropractic. Chiropractic Care Center became Titan Medical Center in 2016 to reflect the wide range of treatments we offer our patients, including back pain treatment and neck pain treatment. We have been at our current location since 2013 after a fire destroyed our previous building on 31st Street.
